Payment
We currently accept credit/debit card payments on our secure server, we realise that some people are a little wary of giving such details over the internet in which case we will be more than happy to take your details over the telephone.
Payment is also accepted via paypal and cheque (UK ONLY)
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, however due to circumstances beyond our control this is not always possible. If this is the case we will inform you a soon as possible to give you the option of cancelling your order.
If your order is urgent please telephone and you will be advised if we can meet your requirements.
Please note all goods will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery Charges
We charge a flat rate delivery fee regardless of the amount you order.
Charges are as follows:
- UK £3.00
- Europe £7.00
- Rest of the world £8.00
Returns
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase The Funky Jewellery Company Ltd offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all purchase (except earrings and body jewellery see below)
Please note that when items are returned any free gifts you have received must also be returned or you will not receive your refund.

All sales of earrings and body Jewellery are final due to hygienic reasons, and returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- If the Item Is defective. Please Note Items that The Funky Jewellery Company Ltd considers to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear will not be replaced or refunded.
- If the item I receive is not what has been purchased I must contact The Funky Jewellery Company Ltd via email within 14 Days after goods have been received to request a return, stating the reason for return.
